Purpose of the site

SeniorPastor.com provides educational articles and practical ministry resources. Content is general and non-denominational. It is not legal, tax, accounting, medical, mental-health, or other licensed professional advice, and it does not replace Scripture, prayer, qualified counsel, your church’s governing documents, or applicable safeguarding and legal requirements.

Using articles and free resources

You may read, download, print, and adapt free resources for your own ministry and the internal work of one local church or ministry you serve. You may share a link to the original webpage. You may not sell, republish, publicly upload, distribute as your own, remove ownership notices, or place the files in a shared commercial resource library.

Digital-product license

A digital-product purchase grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and adapt the files for the internal work of one local church or ministry. It does not transfer copyright or permit resale, sublicensing, public distribution, or use as the basis of a competing product.

Payments and delivery

Payments are processed through Stripe. Prices and included files are shown before purchase. Access is provided through the confirmation and download process after successful payment verification. You are responsible for providing accurate checkout information and securely storing downloaded files.

Refunds and file problems

Refunds and digital-delivery problems are handled under the Digital Product and Refund Policy. Contact us promptly if a charge is duplicated, a file is damaged, access fails, or the product materially differs from its description.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass payment or download controls, probe for vulnerabilities, submit malicious material, misuse another person’s information, or use the site in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the site’s writing, branding, designs, downloads, and original resources are owned by SeniorPastor.com or used with permission. Rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

No guaranteed ministry outcome

Churches differ in size, tradition, governance, staffing, community, and legal responsibilities. Resources are starting points to be applied with sound pastoral judgment. We do not guarantee attendance, growth, financial, leadership, or other ministry outcomes.

Availability and external services

The site may change, suspend, or discontinue content or features. Links and integrations operated by other providers are subject to their own terms and availability.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and materials are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or suitability for every situation. SeniorPastor.com is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or materials. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

These terms may be updated as the site develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
