Digital Product and Refund Policy

We want every paid resource to arrive as described and be useful for the ministry work it was created to support.
Digital delivery
Paid products are delivered electronically after Stripe confirms payment. Save the downloaded ZIP file and its contents in a secure location. If the confirmation page or download fails, contact us rather than purchasing the same item again.
When to contact us
Email hello@seniorpastor.com within 14 days of purchase if:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- The download link or payment-verified delivery does not work.
- A supplied file is missing, corrupted, or cannot be opened in a commonly supported application.
- The product materially differs from the description shown at the time of purchase.
Refund requests
Because digital files can be accessed immediately, refunds are not automatic after delivery. We review timely requests fairly and may first offer a replacement file or technical solution. Other refund requests may be considered case by case. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and card providers control how quickly the credit appears after it is issued.
What to include
Include the purchaser’s name, checkout email, purchase date, product name, and a short description of the problem. Do not email full card details or other sensitive payment information.
