How information is used
We use information to deliver requested downloads, process and support purchases, send subscribed email, understand how the site is used, improve content and resources, prevent misuse, comply with applicable obligations, and respond to questions.
Email choices
Field Notes is sent through Kit. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email or update your subscriber preferences where that option is provided. Unsubscribing stops future marketing email but may not remove records that must be retained for transaction, security, or legal purposes.
Service providers
We use service providers that process information for the site, including Kit for email, Stripe for payment processing, and Google for analytics. Their handling of information is also governed by their own policies.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies and similar technologies help measure visits and site performance. Most browsers let you limit or delete cookies. You may also use Google’s Analytics opt-out tool. Limiting cookies may affect some site functions.
Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the site, when you direct us to share it, when reasonably necessary to protect the site or others, or when required by applicable law.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including transaction records, support, security, and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held directly by SeniorPastor.com. Some information may need to be retained where permitted or required. Email hello@seniorpastor.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.
Children
This site is intended for pastors and adult church leaders and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated as the site and its services develop. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
