Mike Gonzalez is a pastor, author, leadership mentor, and bi-vocational ministry leader. He serves as Lead Pastor of Berea Temple International Church in St. Louis, Missouri.

Mike writes from the intersection of biblical conviction and the everyday realities of pastoral leadership: board meetings, church systems, sermon preparation, volunteers, budgets, difficult conversations, family responsibilities, and the quiet work of staying spiritually healthy.
